Chesapeake Bay Wrestling is a program that is fun and safe. Through wrestling, kids develop strength, balance, flexibility,
endurance and most importantly, confidence and self discipline which they will carry through their entire life. For kids
who participate in other sports, wrestling gives them a taste of something different and offers skills like body control,
body awareness and quick reaction that they can take back and apply to their other sports. The dedication of our kids is exceptional.
The Chesapeake Bay Wrestling program will continue to grow and become one of the largest and finest tuned clubs in the Bayside
area. The CBW program is available for residents in Queen Anne, Talbot, Kent and Caroline County area residents.
